We operate our facilities in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. In the past year, we have participated in more than 250 air, water, solid waste and safety inspections conducted by regulatory agencies at our facilities.

"Right To Know" Toxic Release Information

To meet the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements, we submit a report in the third quarter each year to account for those chemicals released in the prior year.

Annual Environmental Performance

We operate our plants in a way that is protective of the environment and at the same time economically competitive. And, we have undertaken major capital projects that reduced emissions of nitrogen oxides in 2003 and 2004 despite increased operation of our facilities.
