At RRI, we believe that strong corporate governance and ethics principles are critical to fostering an environment in which high standards are upheld. With that in mind, our Board of Directors has adopted charters for the Audit, Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committees and Corporate Governance Guidelines, and has approved the RRI Business Ethics Policy.
